Hello.
For some time I have been trying to activate the My Ing Mobile app and I don't receive text messages with the code. Now I know that you don't even get authorization codes for transfers! The phone operator checked, ok, in the bank text messages were sent but I did not receive them. I have been incapacitated by the bank since September 14. The bank branch ordered technical services to check it and nothing for 2 weeks. Chat writing, online banking news - no response! I think I will say goodbye to the bank after many years. Help.
