I am extremely worried and would really appreciate some advice.
After waiting for almost four months, I finally received a refund from my former bank into my ING EUR business account. This was the first incoming transaction on this account.
As soon as the funds arrived, I submitted outgoing payments, and then I found that the whole EUR account had become restricted for outgoing transfers.
All of my currently available money is now in this account. I have already waited months for these funds to come back, so this block has put me in a very difficult position.
Only the EUR account seems to be affected. My other accounts are still working normally.
Has anyone experienced something similar with ING?
Did the account get unblocked after a few days?
Were you asked to provide documents such as a refund confirmation, invoice, contract, or explanation of funds?
I am trying to understand whether this is a temporary review or a more serious restriction and whether transfers submitted before the block can still go through.
Any advice or shared experience would mean a lot to me.
