Transaction in PLN to Germany = SEPA?

Hello,
I would like to transfer with SEPA x zlotys to a German account. On my Polish ING account are x zloty. Can I transfer in Zloty or must it be in Euro? I want to save money for the transaction. Is a transaction in zloty to a german Account SEPA?

SEPA transfers are only in EUR.
You need to ask German bank if it can settle PLN on this account.
If it is - you will pay for this transfer 40 PLN.
If it dosen’t – you can send EUR and you will pay only 5PLN (SEPA transfer).
