100% agree. One of the worst design for a bank app Ive seen in a while. Horizontal scrolling? What they were thinking?? Bring back the previous design, it was great.
Unfortunately I have to login to this crap webbank from time to time and it is a pain. You should have fired your head of IT for a long time ago, it is such a substandard solution, you feel like you are using some forum motor in the 2000s.
Another year passed and still no progress? I used a few financial services but never seen such a bad solution as in this bank. I am really surprised that this is the norm at the bank and as I heard other banks in Poland has the same practice. How come that when I have to pay with my bank card I have to go through 2FA authentication but not when I login to my bank account.
