    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am extremely worried and would really appreciate some advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After waiting for almost four months, I finally received a refund from my former bank into my ING EUR business account. This was the first incoming transaction on this account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As soon as the funds arrived, I submitted outgoing payments, and then I found that the whole EUR account had become restricted for outgoing transfers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of my currently available money is now in this account. I have already waited months for these funds to come back, so this block has put me in a very difficult position.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only the EUR account seems to be affected. My other accounts are still working normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced something similar with ING?&lt;BR /&gt;Did the account get unblocked after a few days?&lt;BR /&gt;Were you asked to provide documents such as a refund confirmation, invoice, contract, or explanation of funds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to understand whether this is a temporary review or a more serious restriction and whether transfers submitted before the block can still go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or shared experience would mean a lot to me.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dziękuję za odpowiedź, jednak ta informacja nie rozwiązuje mojego problemu. Kontaktowałam się już wielokrotnie przez czat oraz przez Dokumenty i wiadomości w ING Business. Wysłałam wiele wiadomości, ale albo nie otrzymuję odpowiedzi, albo jestem tylko informowana, że mam czekać.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Moja sprawa jest bardzo pilna. Środki na rachunku EUR są obecnie wszystkimi dostępnymi mi środkami, a odrzucone przelewy powodują dla mnie realne problemy finansowe.
