I'm trying to link my account to paypal, i've done literally everything and the card is linked but i'm still told that i cant transact with the card. what could be the problem?

The reason maybe that the transaction limit you have set on the card is too low. Please check it -> Profile-> Settings-> Limits-> Card limits-> Your card-> On the internet. If the limit is sufficient, please call us on +48 32 357 00 69, we will check it in the system.

Okay. Though the card doesn't even appear in the list of transaction methods.

If you have card in our bank, you'll find it's details in tab My finances/Cards and mobile payments/Card. Then you can check the transactional limits. If it is set on 0 PLN, change it to the higer limit. Then you'll be able to link your card to PayPal.
